Alescent Strategic Framework

Purpose

The Alescent Strategic Framework is the Alescent-specific application, operating system, and institutional canon that uses, extends, operationalizes, and commercializes the Value Realization™ Framework.

The Value Realization™ Framework is intended to remain portable, generalized, and suitable for use outside Alescent-specific legal, commercial, operating, brand, or derivative asset structures.

The Alescent Strategic Framework is specific to Alescent. It defines how Alescent presents itself, operates, engages, distributes value, manages products and intellectual property, governs derivative assets, and applies the Value Realization™ Framework in market-facing and customer-facing contexts.

Core Structure

The Alescent Strategic Framework is organized into the following areas:

  1. Alescent Canon. Alescent identity, purpose, promise, philosophy, positioning, audiences, semantic model, and canonical language.
  2. Operating Models. Engagement model, team model, commercial model, value distribution model, product and IP model, and account and engagement leadership model.
  3. Applied Value Library. Curated patterns, practices, products, platforms, playbooks, proof, performance measures, and commercialization maturity artifacts.
  4. Legal and Commercial Framework. Alescent-specific agreements, schedules, role assignments, discrete assignments, commercial models, and governance instruments.
  5. Brand and Communications. Brand voice, visual identity, presentation standards, and reusable language.
  6. Website and Derivative Assets. Website content architecture, deck inventory, template inventory, and derivative asset governance.
  7. Governance. Alescent-level canon governance, change register, decision register, derivative impact management, and stewardship.

Relationship to the Value Realization™ Framework

The Alescent Strategic Framework depends on the Value Realization™ Framework but should not redefine it casually.

Alescent-specific materials may extend, operationalize, commercialize, or package Value Realization™ concepts, but the general framework should remain governed in 01. Value Realization Framework/.

Where the Alescent Strategic Framework changes a general Value Realization™ concept, the change should be recorded as a proposed framework change before it is treated as canonical.

Guardrails

  • Do not treat decks, websites, proposals, or templates as canonical doctrine.
  • Do not use Alescent-specific legal or commercial terms to redefine the general Value Realization™ Framework unless a framework-level decision has been made.
  • Keep canonical definitions separate from source intake, open questions, derivative asset backlogs, and planning notes.
  • Use semantic model files for controlled vocabulary, taxonomy, ontology, rules, and LLM instructions.
  • Use 900. Governance consistently for governance directories.
