Persona-Priority Playbooks

Persona-Priority Playbooks translate a reference Persona and a specific Value Realization™ priority into applied guidance for executive engagement, advisory framing, opportunity shaping, and value realization delivery.

Where Persona Playbooks explain how Alescent understands a role, Persona-Priority Playbooks explain how that role should think, govern, and act when pursuing a specific value realization priority.

Scope

Each Persona-Priority Playbook should identify:

  • the reference Persona;
  • the priority being pursued;
  • the principal Effects being optimized;
  • the relevant executive philosophy, principles, and decision posture;
  • the Value Realization™ practices required to move from assertion to evidence;
  • the engagement, governance, and measurement implications.

Governance

Persona-Priority Playbooks are Alescent-specific applied assets. They may reference portable Value Realization Framework concepts, but they should not redefine canonical framework terms.

Each playbook should remain aligned to:

  • the relevant Persona Playbook;
  • the Value Realization Domains model;
  • applicable Effects and performance measures;
  • Applied Value Library practices and playbooks;
  • derivative asset governance where outputs are converted into decks, briefs, worksheets, assessments, or market-facing materials.
