Products¶
This area contains curated Alescent Products and product candidates.
Alescent Products are coherent value-bearing propositions, services, artifacts, methods, tools, data Products, or experiences made available for use or consumption. They may include intellectual property, analytical assets, accelerators, assessments, managed services, or other internal, customer-facing, public, commercial, or non-commercial propositions.
Commercialization and productization are governed states, not definitional requirements. A Pattern, Practice, Platform, Playbook, Proof artifact, Performance Measure, Deliverable, or Offering may contribute to a Product without automatically becoming one. An Offering packages the means by which Alescent proposes to provide value; a Product is the coherent proposition made available for use or consumption.
Governance¶
Each Product should be maintained as a structured library item using the Applied Value Library metadata model.
The Products area should track product ownership, productization stage, IP status, evidence base, commercialization readiness, supportability, repeatability, dependencies, and related patterns or practices.
