Position Papers¶
Position Papers are formal Alescent perspectives on external models, management methods, market practices, governance concerns, and applied disciplines that may affect Value Realization™ work.
A Position Paper should provide more than description. It should state how Alescent interprets the subject, where it is useful, where it is risky, how it should be governed, and how it relates to the Value Realization Framework and Alescent Applied Value Library.
Current Position Papers¶
Governance¶
Position Papers should:
- be explicit when they reflect Alescent-specific doctrine rather than general Value Realization Framework canon;
- preserve clear directionality, where the Value Realization Framework remains the canonical source and Position Papers extend or apply that source;
- identify practice, product, platform, playbook, or governance implications where appropriate;
- avoid embedding customer-specific conclusions unless the paper is explicitly scoped for a customer context.
