Applied Value Library Governance¶
Purpose¶
This area governs the Applied Value Library, including item intake, classification, metadata, ownership, review, maturity, commercialization readiness, supportability, repeatability, evidence, and retirement.
Governance Principles¶
- The library is an actively managed intellectual asset base.
- Each item should have a semantic type.
- Each item should have an owner group or accountable steward.
- Each item should have a maturity state.
- Each item should identify related Value Realization™ Domains and Priorities where applicable.
- Each item should state whether it is a Product, product candidate, product input, or non-product intellectual asset.
- Generated indexes and derivative pages should not become the source of truth.
Governance Directory Standard¶
Governance directories should be numbered 900 consistently across the repository.
