Derivative Asset Register

Purpose

Track Alescent derivative assets that rely on the Alescent Strategic Framework, the Alescent Semantic Model, the Value Realization™ Framework, or the Applied Value Library.

Derivative assets include websites, decks, proposals, agreements, articles, profiles, templates, playbooks, PDFs, one-page briefs, worksheets, assessments, diagrams, and other communication or operating assets derived from canonical or applied source materials.

Schema

Each register entry should use the following structure:

- asset:
  type:
  audience:
  owner:
  source_canon_artifacts: []
  applied_source_artifacts: []
  brand_voice_source:
  prompting_standard_source:
  approved_language_blocks: []
  derivative_output_variants: []
  content_review_status:
  last_verified:
  stale_risk: high | medium | low
  update_trigger:
  notes:

Derivative output variants may include PDF, deck, website page, one-page brief, worksheet, assessment guide, proposal insert, diagram, article, or other channel-specific forms. If a variant has a different audience, owner, approval status, stale-risk, or update trigger, it should have its own register entry.

Governance

Derivative assets should identify the brand voice source, prompting standard source, approved reusable language blocks, source canon artifacts, applied source artifacts, and derivative output variants used in their creation.

High-exposure derivative assets should not be marked reviewed unless they have been checked against the Alescent Semantic Model, Value Realization™ Framework taxonomy, Brand Voice, Reusable Language Library, Content Creation and Prompting Standards, and Derivative Output Governance.
