This template defines the standard structure for Alescent Position Papers.

A Position Paper is a formal Alescent interpretation of an external model, method, framework, market practice, management discipline, governance concern, or applied domain. It should state what Alescent accepts, what Alescent extends, and how the subject should be governed through Value Realization.

State the Alescent thesis in direct terms.

Conventional Discipline Survey

Summarize the discipline, including its common aims, methods, language, institutions, and use cases.

Core Models, Methods, and Frameworks

Identify major frameworks, methods, standards, reference models, maturity models, capability models, bodies of knowledge, or professional practices.

Common Personas

Identify the roles most commonly associated with the discipline.

Common Practices

Identify repeatable practices, procedures, processes, protocols, policies, governance routines, or operating behaviours.

Common Principles

Identify principles commonly used by the discipline, then explain how Alescent interprets those principles through Value Realization.

Common Platforms, Models, and Tools

Identify common platforms, models, repositories, software products, or tools that support the discipline. Name commercial tools only as market examples, not as endorsements.

Alescent Differentiation

Explain how Alescent's view differs from or extends the conventional discipline.

Value Realization Extension

Explain how the subject changes when governed through Value Realization.

Effect and Priority Implications

Identify relevant Effects, Priorities, or optimization themes.

Pattern Families, Variants, and Applications

Identify relevant Pattern Families, candidate Variants, and concrete Applications.

Source Data and Evidence Requirements

Identify source data classes, evidence requirements, readiness issues, and validation questions.

Maturity and Capability Implications

Identify capability, competency, operating maturity, supportability, repeatability, and commercialization implications.
